Overview
Hammond Remodeling & Construction is serving as general contractor for the $2M+ repositioning of Maverick Station, converting a three-story hospitality property into modern apartment living in the Galleria area. Phase I covers every common area – lobby, leasing office, gym, game room, and laundry – plus upgrades across 40 of the building’s 122 units, including construction of 27 new kitchens and 10 new bathrooms. The work runs from structural floor-joist repairs and code-compliant electrical through new HVAC, roughly 12,000 square feet of luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom built-ins, and refreshed exterior signage.
